A Century-Old Starter.
A Commitment to Quality.

At C&C Bread Factory, every loaf is made in small batches using simple ingredients, careful fermentation, and a commitment to quality.

We bake in small batches and our menu changes from week to week based on seasonal flavors, customer favorites, and our baking schedule.

Examples of our weekly offerings:

Signature Sourdough Loaves

Our classic naturally fermented sourdough breads, baked with our century-old starter and crafted to be enjoyed every day.

Specialty Sourdough Loaves

Rotating varieties featuring carefully selected ingredients such as herbs, cheeses, dried fruits, nuts, and other seasonal favorites.

Sandwich Bread

Soft, flavorful sandwich loaves made with the same attention to detail and quality ingredients that define our sourdough.

Cookies & Seasonal Treats

Small-batch cookies and other baked goods offered throughout the year.

Sourdough Classes

Hands-on classes designed to help home bakers understand the fundamentals behind great bread—from maintaining a starter to shaping and baking with confidence.

Because every loaf is made in small batches with careful planning and fermentation, we schedule most orders to be ready for Tuesday evenings and Sunday mornings. Other days of the week may be available with at least three days' notice.
